Once a diagnosis of a terminal condition has been delivered to the loved one, prepartion for end of life begins.

The months leading up to the death of a friend or family member are especially challenging. This topic introduces information that helps prepare for this transition.  

The following steps should be coordinated by a person of the loved one's choosing.  Since the executoris not yet appointed, it may not be appropriate for that person to perform these duties.  It is especially true, if the executor is not a family member.
